About infectious disease control - Guest House KOKOTAMAYA

We clean doorknobs, doors, light switches, bathroom doors, and other areas that are frequently touched by guests with alcohol disinfection.

We ensure that all staffs who respond to the guests check their temperatures and disinfect their hands. If staffs have a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, or not feeling well, they will have a rest.

Frequent ventilation of common rooms.
A shower room only for the guests is available.
Disposable containers are available. Free to use it when you have meals.
Contactless check-in and check-out are also available.If you would like to use contactless check-in, please let us know when you make a reservation. When you check-in, we will prepare an informational video of Kokotamaya and a pass code for the key box. Enjoy your stay without any contact with our staff.

We kindly ask for your cooperation to check your temperature when you check-in. Also, if you will stay many days, we kindly ask for your cooperation that to check your temperature every day. If you have a fever of 37.5℃or higher, sorry you are not allowed to stay. Please consult our staff if you feel not so good during your stay.
We prepare alcohol sterilization in the common room and each room. We kindly ask for your cooperation with frequent hand sanitization.
